months in production. Next up?
The commission for St. George's National
School in Balbriggan, County Dublin Ireland.
This is the sculpture, HORSE AND THE HOUND, that is on view in Knoxville Tennessee as part of Art in Public Places. Another in my silhouettte series of animals. Both pieces are powder-coated stainless steel and life-sized.

This is a computer photo of our current sculpture project, THREE SHADES OF GREEN, constructed of three recycled turbine blades. Each blade is thirteen feet high and with the addition of the figures making the final height 18 feet. The sculpture is a commission for The University of Tennesse in Chattanooga.
The sculpture presents three figures setting
on recycled turbine blades in various shades of green. Each figure represents the students of UTC
and reminds them that they will and do hold the answers to today's
problemsand the future belongs to
them.The sculpture will be fabricated
of aluminum and structural fiberglass, with some stainless steel. Each plinth will be mounted on a concrete
foundation at a mixture of heights.
This sculpture will be finished in late June and installed in July.
